Click on the “Find Return” tab. Enter any ONE of: Job Number IMEI / Serial Customer phone number PLUS the store code
Click “Find” The store code is required to access the job sheet to protect the customer’s privacy.
The summary details will appear.
Enter the Service Job Details Admin Screen per step 1. Click the link “Click here to reprint the service return documentation” The full job details will appear . You can then print the Job Sheet from the browser as normal.

Select a message subject from the “Send Message to Service Agent” drop down. Click “Send Message” Your message will be sent to the Service Centre the job is registered to.

Click “Click here to download a CSV” to receive an expanded job history. The file can be saved offline and viewed in excel.
