To Check Job Status Information

  • Enter ONE of the three references (job number, serial, or phone number) in the above panels.
  • Click “Find”.

Where additional status information has been provided for this job, it is listed under the job details.

To Enter the Service Job Details Admin Screen

  • Enter ONE of the three references (job number, serial, or phone number) in the above panels, PLUS the related store code.
  • Click “Find”. You should now see the Service Job Details Admin screen.

To Reprint a Job Sheet (within the Service Job Details Admin Screen)

  • Click “Click here to reprint the service return documentation”

To view jobs from the last 60 days (within the Service Job Details Admin Screen)

  • Click “Click here to view previous returns”
  • Click on individual job numbers to see further details.

To download jobs from the last 60 days (within the Service Job Details Admin Screen)

  • Click “Click here to view previous returns”
  • Click on “Click here to download as CSV” to receive an expanded job history, which can be saved offline and viewed in excel.

To Follow up on a Job (within the Service Job Details Admin Screen)

  • Choose a subject from the drop down (e.g. “Quote Accepted”, “Repair Follow Up”)
  • Type your message
  • Click “Send Message”

You message will be sent to the service centre the job is registered to.

Your message is added to the status information log. Therefore we recommend that you use the Returnspot message panel to provide a central reference point for correspondence.
